About the role
We are looking for a newly graduated Master's student with a background in Wireless, Photonics or Space who is curious, driven and eager to learn.

You will be joining one of three closely collaborating teams (about 15 people in each) that together form a strong and experienced group developing Power Amplifiers (PAs) for future radio systems at a leading international telecom company. Our work covers the full development spectrum, including advanced research, predevelopment, product development and aftermarket support.

As a designer in our team, you will contribute to the development of amplifiers across all power levels and frequency ranges used in both narrowband and broadband mobile applications. You will be involved in a wide range of activities and gradually grow into the role with support from senior experts in the team.

You will gain valuable experience and exposure, from working with simulation tools like ADS and AWR to learning how to engage in technical discussions with transistor vendors, mobile infrastructure companies, universities and research institutes. Experience with tools like HFSS or similar is considered a plus.

The work takes place in a large, well equipped lab environment with close collaboration among colleagues across different disciplines.

Being a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent

You will be coached by a mentor within your team and by a consultant manager at Nexer Tech Talent. As a consultant, you will be well supported. We often invite our consultants to group activities such as lectures, after-work events, and lunch meetings.

After successful completion of the consulting assignment, the intention is to offer you employment with the client.

Desired qualifications:

• Are at the start of your career and have a master's in Wireless, Photonics, or Space.
• Have an interest in telecom industry, amplifiers and teamwork.
• As a person curious, driven and willing to learn.
• Good knowledge in english.
• Has good knowledge in HFSS, RF and electronics.
