Technical Project Manager to our client within the energy sector

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong technical skills and a passion for leading innovation.
Working as a Technical Project Manager
As a Technical Project Manager within R&D you will become one of the key persons in organizing the delivery of power quality solutions to the rest of the organization. In this role you will work directly with cross-functional team members to ensure that the solutions are delivered and executed in alignment with the overall delivery project priorities.
How you’ll make an impact
- Take overall responsibility for managing assigned R&D projects within the Power Quality business area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define all project deliverables, including scope, financial plans, and schedules.
- Ensure project execution follows best practices and our customers policies.
- Monitor and control project progress and resource utilization effectively.
- Oversee project financials in line with budgets and R&D forecasts.
- Manage project-related administrative tasks.
Being a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent

You will be coached by a consultant manager at Nexer Tech Talent. As a consultant, you will be well taken care of. We often invite our consultants to group activities such as lectures, after works and lunch meetings. After successful completion of the consulting assignment, the intention is that you will be offered employment with our customer.
Desired qualifications:
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in project leadership, preferably within system business or the power systems domain.
- Technical understanding of control systems and/or power electronics is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a structured approach to work
- A proactive mindset with the ability to drive and implement improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
